Liebevoll gestaltetes, kleines Familienhotel mit sehr guter Ausstattung, leistungsfähigem WLAN, eigenem Parkplatz und viel Charme.
Das sehr geräumige Bad sowie der getrennte Wohn- und Schlafbereich mit komfortablen Betten runden das sehr gute Gesamtbild ab.
Das individuell zusammenstellbare Frühstück war lecker und reichlich.

The property was clean, quiet and very spacious! It was the perfect pit stop before heading off to another island.
The owner Fani was very helpful and attentive. The breakfast she prepared was our favourite breakfast of the trip. It was delicious and so fresh! We will definitely be back- thank you!

Гарне місцерозташування, чудова привітня господиня, величезний смачний сніданок, є декілька паркомісць, невелика тераса (під час сніданку в тіні і було дуже комфортно).

Zatrzymałam się tylko na jedną noc, w drodze na inną wyspę. Mogę polecić to miejsce - Gospodyni późnym wieczorem czekała na nas przed budynkiem, wyjaśniła jak rano dotrzeć do portu i przygotowała pyszne śniadanie. Pokój był czysty, łóżko wygodne . Dobra lokalizacja, przystanek autobusowy kilka minut spacerem od pokoju.

Fani was very helpful. She kept our luggage before check in time and sent us a message saying when the room was ready for us. Also kept our luggage after check out so we can enjoy a bit more of the island before our flight. Location is perfect. Close from Fira but far enough to be quiet and relax on the private terrace. It has a bus stop 2mins walking with connection to almost all parts of the island except Oia (which you take from Fira, 15/20mins walking from the house).
Very good breakfast. The room and bathroom have good space.
We recommend and would be back again.

The nicest service in Greece! For our honeymoon we could not have chosen a better place. Clean, big room, breakfast was always on time… We wish such hosts to everyone. If we are on the Santorini, we will definitely come back here ❤️

Soggiorno top!!! Posizione centrale ottima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto facilmente.
Camera davvero carinissima, molto pulita e accogliente con tutto il necessario.
Ma il pezzo forte di tutto questo è stata Fani!!! Davvero eccezionale, molto gentile e disponibile, si vede che fa le cose non per lavoro ma con il cuore e con amore! La mia parte preferita della giornata era la colazione: la sera prima in un foglio scrivete quello che volete all'ora che volete e lo lasciate fuori, la mattina dopo Fani vi porta un vassoio con tutto quello che avete chiesto (prendete la cake perché giuro che era spaziale) e vi godete la colazione di fuori sul tavolino con il fresco e tutta la pace del mondo! Sicuramente, qualora dovessi tornare a Santorini, sceglierei Maistrali Prive!!!

The host was good and supportive. Helped us to get a taxi for airport transfer with a good price. Nice breakfast in the morning. The location is also good and near the airport. You can witness a good sunrise nearby. A bus stop is also there nearby.

nt rapidement un côté ou l’autre. Les chambres sont impeccables et très bien entretenues. Le petit déjeuner est top. Nous avions un ferry tôt le matin pour repartir et nous avons même pu avoir un petit déjeuner à emporter. Les transferts en taxi sont également organises pour vous. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !!

La proprietaria è gentilissima, ci aggiungeva sempre qualcosa in più per la colazione che è ottima. La posizione è comodissima, vicino a tutto ma fuori dal caos turistico. La camera è enorme, così come il bagno, pulizia top. Un gattino veniva sempre a salutarci la mattina, tutto bellissimo!

We didn't arrive until 1am due to a delayed flight, yet the host still greeted us at the door to show us around and offer us breakfast which was so kind.
Airport transfer was only €25 and our driver was very friendly.

Property is really nice, spacious and clean. We had to come very late, due to the flight, but hostess met us, told us everything we wanted to know.

Incredible breakfast, so many options to choose, big portions and really homemade by Fani. Big room, good choice in Satorini, near Yolo resto which is so good to try, nesr renting vehicle places, close to Fira.
Really convenient location to move around the island from a quiet place with a comfortable room and bed.

The accommodation is roomy , the bathroom is big too , you can sip your tea with a sea view not very far and Fani is nice and the price is cheap with all the ingredients for breakfast. Good value for money.

Alojamiento perfeecto! Habitación super agradable y limpia, con todo lo necesario (incluyendo una pequeña nevera y una cafeteras nespresso), muy buen desayuna y una atención de 10. Fani es una super anfitriona!

Abbiamo soggiornato qui nel nostro scalo in Santorini verso Naxos. Fani è stata deliziosa, ci ha aiutato con i transfer da e per l'aeroporto e da e per il porto. La struttura è molto comoda per raggiungere entrambi ed è comunque a 5 minuti da Fira. La colazione è ottima e fatta su richiesta: il giorno prima puoi scegliere da un ricco elenco cosa farti preparare e l'orario e la mattina la colazione ti viene servita sul terrazzo della camera.

Perfect for overnight stay. Lovely little apartment and good choice for breakfast served on the terrace Fani was very welcoming and helped us arrange transfer to the port which was not far away. Would definitely recommend. It was an amazing find and also had nice views from the terrace which was a bonus.

The location in Carterados Santorini is one of our family favorite. Not as fabulous as the caldera view but very easy walking distance on sidewalks to the caldera. Great food nearby and a real feel of being with the "locals"

Wij hadden 2 aangrenzende appartementjes, ontbijt op terras was heel fijn (geluk met het weer!). Dagelijks konden we keuze maken van ontbijt en uur en dan werd dit stipt gebracht door vriendelijke eigenares!
Leuke, nieuwe modern ingerichte appartementjes met terras.
Bakkerij op wandelafstand.

Eigentlich alles, Lage war gut zwischen Flughafen und Fira...natürlich nicht mit Meerblick und Whirlpool auf der Terrasse aber das war auch gar nicht gewünscht und ist auch gar nicht nötig im März, da zu kühl. Die Unterkunft ist top sauber mit netter Terrasse und zwei wunderschönen Palmen und Meer- und Bergblick. Sehr gemütlich und man hat alles was nötig ist. Parkplatz vor der Tür und nette Vermieter, Frühstück wird nach Wunsch jeden Morgen serviert und es wird jeden Tag sauber gemacht. Für diesen Preis unschlagbar!

El personal sumamente amable, nos ayudaron a encontrar un carro para rentar, el cuarto super lindo y el baño fantástico pero el desayuno fue totalmente fabuloso, super completo y delicioso, de verdad que sientes que lo que pagaste se te regresa con lo bueno que es el desayuno. Lo pides a tu cuarto y te preguntan a qué hora lo quieres y super puntuales 08:30 am o la hora que decidas tocan a tu puerta para darte el desayuno. De verdad si volvería a ir

I loved everything about this place, the location (close to the airport and Fira), the hostess is the most wonderful person ever, the breakfast is super yummy, I had my own terrace, the decoration is beautiful, the place is cozy and quiet. There was w coffee machine and a huge kitchen table bottle of water. I couldn't ask for more and I will definitely come back.

Sehr netter Empfang durch die Gastgeberin, ausgezeichnetes Frühstück auf der Terrasse, liebevoll eingerichtetes Zimmer, man kann sich selbst Tee oder Kaffee machen, sehr gutes W-LAN, man ist schnell in Fira, beim Flughafen oder beim Hafen, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

Fani es muy simpática y atenta, muy accesible a la hora de hablar con ella. Nos guardó las maletas antes del check-in y después de nuestro check-out.
La casa está muy limpia y equipada perfectamente. Había una cafetera con cápsulas y leche, y una kettle y té.
Se puede llegar desde Fira caminando unos 25 minutos, está en un municipio cercano y si vas en taxi está realmente cerca.
Nos gustó que muy cerca hay un hotel y restaurante que incluye piscina. Un buen lugar donde tomar algo.

Magistrali Privé Is run by a nice, kind lady who lives next door! The place is well-kept and well -equipped. Breakfast is freshly cooked and served at an agreed time on the table in the outdoor space in front of the room ( eggs, bread,butter, jams, honey, yogurt, ham, cheese, juice, tea/ coffee). Great value for money! Than you Fani:-)

Очень приятная хозяйка Fany. Она помогла нам в аренде автомобиля, посоветовала хороший пляж. Отзывчивый, приятный человек. Можно обращаться по любым вопросам. Мы потеряли в номере серёжку ,незаметив этого. Когда уже уехали из номера, Fany нашла её и сообщила нам, мы очень благодарны ей.У нас был номер делюкс номер 3. Красивый номер, чистый , стильный, хорошая кровать . Бесплатный Wifi.Хороший тихий кондиционер. Есть чайник, эл.кофеварка, холодильник. Шампунь, гель для душа, полотенца, фумигатор от комаров присутствуют. Есть маленькая терасса ,откуда открывается великолепный вид на остров. Приятно пение птиц, особенно кукушки. На терассе есть столик, за которым приятно позавтракать. Завтрак на выбор, готовит сама хозяйка, очень вкусно ! На машине можно добраться от отеля в любую точку приблизительно за 15-20 минут.

The host Fia, was very friendly and kind. She waited for us to arrive after normal check-in hours and took our breakfast order for the next morning. She also allowed us to wait on the premises while my husband picked up a rental; she and her son played with my toddler while we waited. The room was very clean and looks just like the pictures. Absolutely lovely stay for a quick trip or one night stay. We traveled with two adults and a toddler.

Nous avions réservé l hôtel pour une nuit de « transit « avant de prendre le bateau. La situation était idéale , très proche de l aéroport , 10 min de transfert.
Un arrêt de bus avec ligne directe pour le port Athinios à 3 minutes à pieds (par le raccourci!), tarif 2 eur , le top!
Chambre très spacieuse et confortable, décorée avec beaucoup de goût . Bon petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse !
Très bon accueil de la part de Fani qui est d ailleurs très réactive concernant la communication et mes multiples messages ...
Bref très satisfaite du séjour.

Studio parfait ,au calme, très bien situé au centre de l iîle, d une propreté impeccable, et à seulement 20 mn à pieds de Fira .
Fany est une hôte charmante , très agréable très délicate et toujours prête à rendre service. Elle nous avait commandé un taxi pour rejoindre son logement et était là pour nous accueillir malgré notre arrivée tardive à l aéroport (minuit).
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse à l’ombre du palmier.
Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et y reviendront certainement si nous revenons sur Santorin.

Hébergement accessible en bus depuis le terminal des ferries (arrêt "Karterados" au croisement de 2 routes principales à 500 m au Nord-Ouest de "Maistrali Prive") ou depuis l’aéroport (arrêt "Gas Station Shell - Karterados"). Un petit accès cimenté de 50 m longe la station service Shell, juste en contrebas (au Sud) de celle-ci.
Fani, notre hôtesse, nous a très bien accueillis. Elle sera d’une efficacité, d’une ponctualité et d’une discrétion rares.
Logement de plain pied avec terrasse orientée à l'Est. Bon confort et machine à expresso. Salle d'eau très fonctionnelle. L’eau n'est pas potable, mais 1 bouteille nous attend dans le réfrigérateur. Calme appréciable, d’autant plus vu l’amour des locaux (et des touristes se défoulant) pour les moteurs vrombissants et pétaradants, sans compter les décibels crachés par les sound systems poussés au maximum équipant certains véhicules.
Conseil judicieux de Fani pour les dîners (restaurant Kira Niki – fermé le dimanche). Autres conseils concernant les circuits de bus ainsi que les tests PCR pour rentrer en France.
Excellents petits déjeuners sur la terrasse, à l'ombre des palmiers.

The room is nicely decorated and the owner is very kind. The breakfast is served in front of the appartment on terrace with a nice view. The room was also equipped with a lot of stuff which we didn't expect since the price is really good

The cost was very affordable. The room is nice and made in traditional style, Coffee machine(nesspresso) was nice. The terrace you can see both sunrise and sunset. Hot water in the shower. The position on island was handy. But you need a car to roam around.

Best place on the island - easy to get at any place and city and ideal balance of price and quality. Rooms looks on the photo exactly as on the site. Everything on the room is new and clear. Coffee machine is good. Each day cleaning and new towels. Host is very supportive and friendly, she helps us a lot with every little stuff. Parking place in the garden. One can see sunrise from the balcony and all the mountin on the night, very nice place! Strongly recommend.
Sandwiches to the airport were just perfect!

Large parking area for guests cars and bikes. Kindness of the owner. The rooms are clean and quite big. The location is relatively quiet and somo rooms have a very good view.

Petit déjeuner fraîchement préparé et apporté à la minute demandée. Super bon et copieux. La chambre super propre. L'accueil très chaleureux, chambre bien équipée et reculée des gros centres ville et du bruit. Petit terrasse très agréable. Une superbe salle de bain. WiFi, frigo, cafetière. Linge propre. Le ménage fait et serviettes changées chaque jour. Parking privée. Absolument rien à redire vu le prix. Situation géographique à mi parcours d'un côté ou de l'autre de santorin c'est parfait
